I am writing to thank you for the quality of service provided by your company. I sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability you have demonstrated from the moment I stepped into your showroom, and the way you conduct business as a whole. I thankful for the ownership and accountability that Nicholas had given me and his sincerity in closing business with me.
Nicholas had shown me his great accountability and also genuity on his offer, He went the extra mile to ensure I have the best deal and fair for both of us. I also appreciate Robert for giving me a great support in accommodating my budget and value-adding my bundle packages for my car.

Last summer my wife and I needed to replace our car and were encouraged by friends to try Carling Mazda in our search for a preowned vehicle. Vicki Kerwin helped us find the right car for our needs as soon-to-be retired empty nesters who want good value and no longer require a larger vehicle. With these look-fors in mind, we were able to narrow the options down to a suitable Mazda 3. All aspects of the sale demonstrated to us the commitment of the sales, financial, and automotive service staff involved. The service from every department of this dealership is nothing short of excellent!! Mackenzie Downing – Sales Associate – handled every detail with care and professionalism. I reside an hour from Ottawa and there were some finer details that required my attention and he went out of his way to complete on my behalf and definitely not part of his job. Jamie Pacaud also streamlined the purchase to be convenient and timely. If you have not visited this dealership – you are missing the full service – hassle free approach to buying your vehicle.
2017 CX-9 SIGNATURE EDITION Review
I have never owned a Mazda… what a mistake… this vehicle is like a vacation when driving… the Bose premium music system is a clear beautiful sound and the vehicle is so quiet there is no noise interference… my kids in there late teens can’t fight to listen to their music in this vehicle…. can’t drive alone and have learned to appreciate Rap music … both my children comment on the quiet / smooth drive… I have owned both BMW and Cadillac and they are no comparison to this Mazda..and available in this vehicle at an affordable price.
All the small details made a big impression for me – looks at the cabin details – two tone leather accents.. LED lighting inside… all entertainment so advanced like toggle and touch screen feature all looking so elegant and masculine at the same time. All around outside LED lighting and the front grill added feature sets it apart and distinguishes the look to stand out as sporty and comfortable spacious at the same time. Before you buy any other vehicle – take a Mazda for a drive – I did and I was sold.
I have now driven this vehicle for 3 months and I have had so many compliments – but the key is I love it!! ZOOM ZOOM IS RIGHT 🙂

I bought my first ever Mazda CX3 in December 2017 and hands down the best car buying experience I have had yet with Doug at Carling Mazda. I am not one of those people that enjoys the car buying experience, nor do I find it exciting to buy a new car. But Doug and the team at Carling were wonderful and I appreciate his approach and customer service and he was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, courteous and never lost patience answering my questions and doing the deal!! One of my friends had recommended Carling Mazda after the fact, and I wish I had gone there right away, instead I went to another dealership and had a terrible experience there. I have to say that the after service from Doug has also been amazing and appreciated. Kudos as well to Nick and Jamie for their professionalism and great customer service.

I bought my first-ever Mazda, a 2017 3 GT, from Carling last summer. The car has been superb to drive, and the sales experience with Vicki Kerwin was easy and pleasant. I will be using Carling for all car servicing. The dealership is located conveniently for me. Staff is good the deal with. The car drives very well, and with good snow tires has coped easily with the 2017-18 Ottawa winter.

I purchased a Mazda CX3 in September of this year (2017). Jessy De Repentigny and Blake Hanson were fantastic. Due to an injury, I had a few special needs. Jessy and Blake were understanding, empathetic and very patient with everything from helping test drive vehicles to taking the time to explain everything (more than once). They went a way above and beyond the call of duty to make the deal as easy as possible for me which included holding onto my previous car for 6 weeks and getting it where it needed to be to conclude my car escapades. They just made it all happen. So far service has been just as good – again, more done for me than they had to. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and take the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes.
You are remembered and are left feeling important as a customer and that having your business is important to them. I am very pleased with my CX3 too.

I wanted to let you know how happy I was with your salesperson Jesse DeRepentigny for the exceptional service he gave me when I came in looking for a car.
I was in an accident a few days prior and had very little time to buy a car before my rental expired. He was really helpful and found a great little car that suits my needs well. I was pretty desperate to get possession of my “new” car. Jesse went over and beyond to make sure I got it in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the service I received and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Jesse again. Please pass on my gratitude to Jesse and his manager. I want them to know I’m a very happy customer!

Our 2016 CX-5 broke down on our way to Mont Tremblant from Toronto, when we exited Woodroffe Aveune to refill gas. We dropped off the vehicle at Carling Mazda and continued on our trip with a rental. Al from Service department called us first thing on Monday morning with an update on the repairs required. He kept in touch with me over the next few days, keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs and finally called to let me know that the vehicle was ready. We came back to Ottawa to pick up the vehicle yesterday, Thursday 24 August 2017, the CX-5 was well fixed and we enjoyed a smooth drive back to Toronto. Al has been great in helping us during this time, his customer service skills are truly excellent, an awesome person and team to deal with.
